Description

This is a Performance Based procurement for Elevator Maintenance Service and related repairs at the Alexander Hamilton U.S. Custom House, 1 Bowling Green, New York, NY. This solicitation is open to Small Business Concerns only. The NAICS code is 238290. Bid Bond and Performance Bond are required. The anticipated performance period is July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2006 with two (2) one-year option periods. GSA is issuing this solicitation electronically only.
