- F33601-03-B-0003 Replace High Temperature Hot Water Lines to Facility 31244, Wright-Patterson AFB,OH Project Number 00-0034 The Air Force is seeking potential contractors as sources to furnish all labor, equipment, appliances, devices and materials, and performing all operations necessary in connection with replacing the High Temperature, Hot Water (HTHW) Line to facility 31244, at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Efforts include removals and miscellaneous work as herein specified and as shown, indicated, or noted on the drawings associated with this effort. The period of performance shall be 270 days, and all actual "piping" work shall be completed while the heating plant is shut down from 01 May 04 through 01 October 2004. There are numerous items of work that can be accomplished prior to the actual piping effort. Estimated Price Range for this procurement is between $100,000 and $250,000. The NAICS Code is 234910. Size Standard is $28.5Mil. This is an unrestricted procurement in accordance with Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program Act of 1988, Public Law 100-656 (15 U.S.C. 644 note). In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, the contractor must be registered in the CCR prior to award of solicitations issued after 31 May 1998. Tel: 1-888-CCR- 2423 Fax: 1-703-696-0213. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be provided. You may however download and print the file from the World Wide Web. 3. There is no fee for this solicitation. 4. There are approximately 30 pages of the solicitation, approximately 40 pages of specifications and approximately 15 sheets of drawings. 5. A hard copy of the solicitation will be available for review at Dayton Builders Exchange, Minority Contractors Business Assistance Program and F. W. Dodge Division. 6. A registration page will be attached to the web site. You are not required to register. However, when you register, you will receive notice of any amendments and/or amendments and/or addendums that may be issued to the solicitation. If you have not registered, it will be your responsibility to check the web site for any changes to the solicitation. 7. You shall provide a signed copy of the SF 1442 by the proposal closing date specified in the solicitation. There will be a public bid opening. 8. Contractors that are Debarred, Suspended, or Proposed for Debarment are excluded from receiving contracts. Agencies also shall not consent to subcontract with these contractors.
