- DESCRIPTION: CORRECTION - The synopsis that appeared on 06/30/03 is revised to provide updated information. Firms who have previously submitted a request should NOTsubmit another request. The contract type for this requirement is changed to a Cost-Plus-Fixed Fee. The total estimated level-of-effort (LOE) is 78,000 for the base year with an additional 50,000 LOE in quantity options. The RFP revised release date is on or around August 15, 2003, and proposals will be due approximately 30 days thereafter. All other information published in the original synopsis is correct. Only written or electronic requests for the RFP will be honored. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
