- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, has a requirement for the production of seven different types of Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO) Heads, in varying quantities and part numbers, for a period of 5 years. The minimum is 10 each and the maximum is 200 each for each of the following part numbers: CLIN 0001 ? VCO Part Number 292-01-05225-01; CLIN 0002 ? VCO Part Number 292-01-05225-02; CLIN 0003 ? VCO Part Number 292-01-05225-03; CLIN 0004 ? VCO Part Number 292-01-05225-04; CLIN 0005 ? VCO Part Number 292-01-05225-05; CLIN 0006 ? VCO Part Number 292-01-05225-06; CLIN 0007 ? VCO Part Number 292-01-05225-07 and CLIN 0008 ? Combiner Amplifier, Part Number 292-01-06497-03. Justification for noncompetitive action: FAR Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2), Only One Responsible Source and No other supplies will satisfy agency requirements. Intended Source: Signal Technology Co rporation, California Operation, 975 Benecia Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94086. Quality Assurance will be ISO 9000 or equivalent. Delivery will be FOB Destination, ordering period will be five years. Inspection and Acceptance will be at source. Delivery of CLIN 0001 thru CLIN 0008 - will begin within 5 months from the effective date of the Delivery Order with a minimum delivery quantity of 5 per month and a maximum delivery quantity of 30 per month. It is anticipated that the effort will be a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity IDIQ) contract. The solicitation issue date is on or about 29 July 2003.
