- Description
- Competition for this requirement is limited to 8(a) contractors currently awarded a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for Military Installations within the Small Business Administration District of Louisiana. The Government is planning a task order for the subject contract, which includes the renovation of Building 707 (Galley) at the Naval Support Activity (West Bank), New Orleans, LA. Conference Notification: A site visit/preproposal conference has been scheduled for 22 July 2003 at 1:00 PM. Participants will meet at the Naval Support Activity (West Bank), Building 2, 2300 General Meyer Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70142-5007. The Point of Contact is Mr. Jay Nosser who may be contacted electronically at nossergj@efdsouth.navfac.navy.mil. ONLY ONE SITE VISIT WILL BE SCHEDULED. CONTRACTORS ARRIVING OTHER THAN THE TIME AND DATE SCHEDULED FOR THE SITE VISIT WILL NOT BE AFFORDED THE OPPORTUNITY TO TOUR THE SITE. (If you do not have a base access pass, you will be required to email the name(s) and Social Security Numbers of all personnel wishing to attend the conference. This information must be sent to Mr. Nosser no later than 12:00 PM the previous day. Ensure you have registration, proof of insurance, valid license tag, and that the vehicle driver has a valid driver?s license). TELEPHONIC OR FAX REQUESTS WILL NOT BE RESPONDED TO.
