Description

Concerns having the ability to furnish the product described herein are requested to give written notification (including the telephone number for a point of contact) to the procurement office above within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this synopsis. The Contractor shall provide the orthorectified digital imagery of thirty-three 7.5 minute Texas Quadrangles,in San Antonio, Baxar County with the following requirements; Cover identified footprint-geographic extent, Scanning resolution of 21 microns, Go into the public domain; no proprietary/license restrictions, 6 inch natural color, Airborne GPS, NAD 83 Datum, UTM Zone 14 North Projection, Tile size of 5,000 feet by 5,000 feet, Geo-Tiff Format. The data must have been collected March 2003 through May 2003. Products must be delivered no later than 9-1-03. The Government considers this product as a sole source from The City of San Antonio 515 S. Frio, San Antonio, TX 78207. Firms who feel that they can furnish the required product are invited to submit in writing an affirmative response to this announcement. An affirmative response would include literature, brochures and such other materials, which correspond to the required product stated herein. This information will be evaluated and used to determine if competitive opportunities exist. Since no solicitation document exists, requests for such documents without accompanying information consideration non-responsive to this request without further consideration. This notice may represent the Government's only official notice of this procurement.
