Description

CONSTRUCT NEW MAINTENANCE FACILITIES, MINNESOTA VALLEY NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE, RAPIDS LAKE UNIT, NEAR CARVER, MINNESOTA. Work consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, superintendence, and transportation necessary to construct a new vehicle maintenance building, complete and ready for occupancy; site work, utilities, a new septic system and a new well, and all appurtenant work specified. This procurement is part of the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is NOT set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. The North American Industrial Classification Systems Code (NAICS) is 233310, with a Small Business Size Standard of $28.5 Million. The estimated magnitude of construction in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Solicitation packages will be available approximately July 30, 2003, with bid opening occurring on or about August 29, 2003.
