- Description
- Project consists of the removal of an existing flat roof from an approximately 27' X 46" one story storage building and construction of a wood framed gambrel attic style structure with shingles, wood siding to match existing, overhead door lintel replacements, steel and concrete access stair, overhead and service doors, transom windows, steel floor beams and column, concrete foundation pads, existing interior gypsum board replacement, interior and exterior painting, manual hoist, and electrical work. The estimated magnitude of the construction for this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is issued unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656, and is NOT set-aside exclusively for small business concerns. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 236210, Prefabricated Industrial Building Erection, with a size standard of $28.5 million.
