- Description
- LORENZO BOATING ACCESS: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials and supplies to construct a boating access facility. Work shall include a parking lot, access road, flood channel crossings, boat ramp, pier, riprap, signage and trail. The Contractor shall also install a Government-furnished pre-cast concrete restroom building. Work is located in Madison County, ID. The project is 100% set-aside for HUBZone. Price range is $250,000 to $500,000. Period of performance is 225 calendar days. Bond requiremetns will be as follows: Bid Guarantee - 20% of the offered price; Payment and Performance Bonds - 100% of the contract price. The solicitation package will be availabe by electronic posting only and may be found at www.fedbizopps.gov. Contractors will be required to print the bidding documents for submission of their offer at the place designated for receipt of bids. The solicitation documents will be posted on or about August 7, 2003. All contractors are strongly encouraged to register at the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) website at www.ccr.gov. Any firm already registered should ensure your profile is updated. This registration is necessary to receive amendment notifications, contract awards, and facilitate payments.
