- NA This is a combined sypopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with aditional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are be ing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.This is a sole source brand name set aside for Motorola equipment. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ) requesting a firm-fixed price quote for the following to be delivered to Nashvill e District Corps of Engineers (COE), Communication Field Group, 15 Overlook Circle, Hendersonville, TN 37075. The solicitation??????s document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2001-14. RVN 4178 Software, 1 qty. ddn6367 cable. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, applies to this acquisition.
