- NA Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, tools and supplies needed to perform clearing and marking of surveyed boundary lines of Government property surrounding Beaver Lake and provide GPS data of monuments for download and use in ARC View computer program . The contractor is required to identify and document any trespass encroachments found on Government property as work is performed. The contract period is 1 October 2003, or date of award, through 30 September 2004 with options to extend through 30 Septem ber 2008. Solicitation will be made available on or about 28 July 2003. Bids are due on or about 27 August 2003. The solicitation will be posted on the Contracting Division internet website on or about 28 July 2003 so that you may download it. The solicita tion will not be made available in paper or any other format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper or another medium when it is determined to be in the Government's best interest. All documents required for the bid submittal, inclu ding amendments to the bid submittal shall be in paper medium. Electronic medium for submittal of bid will not be allowed. You may register for this solicitation at the Little Rock Contracting Division internet website (https://ebs.swl.usace.army.mil). Num bered note 1 applies. The following NAICS # 115310 will apply with a size standard of $6,000,000.00.
