First Article Testing is required (can be waived with appropriate documentation). A higher level contract quality requ irement for this item is required. The offer date is on or about 02 September 2003 (see solicitation for actual offer due date). Method of Acquisition: Small Business Set-Aside with UNICOR being allowed to submit a quotation in accordance with Section 8 11 of the National Defence Authorization Act, FY 2002 (Pulic Law No. 107-107).
