- NA The government intends to award a Sole Source, Cost Plus Incentive Fee, with Fixed Price and T&M portions contract as a continuation of the Contractor Logistic Support (CLS) effort with Raytheon. This new contract will be for CLS maintenance, depot repair of EPLRS items, supply support, updating logistical data, the procurement and implementation of retrofit kits (option), and the procurement of limited EPLRS Receiver-Transmitter quantities (option). The government conducted market research during Nov- De c 2002 and determined that Raytheon is the only source that possesses the capability and knowledge required to satisfy the Government's requirements. This notice is not to be considered a request for offer/proposal from other sources. The US Army Communi cations and Electronics Command (CECOM) has established the Army Single Face to Industry (formally known as the IBOP) Website to allow electronic transmittal of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotes (RFQs) and Invitation for Bids (IFBs) from C ECOM to industry. All parties interested in doing business with CECOM are invited to access, operate, send and receive information from the BOP at (http://abop.monmouth.army.mil).
