- NA NSN: 7230-01-376-0439 (PN 12951743 Roller, Roller Assy); NSN 5340-01-371-4372 (PN 12950756 Bracket, Angle); NSN 7230-01-064-3374 (PN 12012166 Roller, roller Assy). The 3 items being procured on this solicitation are for use on the M109 Howitzer. Proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract with five pricing periods. The minimum guaranteed quantities are as follows: 364 of PN 12951743; 10 of PN 1 2950756; there is no guaranteed minumum quantity on PN 12012166. The maximum quantities per ordering period are as follows: 400 of PN 12951743; 25 of PN 12950756; and 200 of PN 12012166. Part number 12951743 consists of a front curtain support, rear cur tain support assy, curtain assy, holders, anchors, spring, shaft, collar roller, bushings and pins and screws. Part number 12950756 consists of support and round. Overall length is 29.28 inches. Part number 12012166 consists of curtain assy, bracket, col ler roller, holders, anchors, spring, shafts, bushings, ring retaining, pins and screws. FOB is Destination. All or a part of this action is an unfunded FY04 requirement. Estimated issue date is 31 Jul 2003. This solicitation will be issued electronical ly in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may r ender your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
