- NA The proposed contract is set aside 100% for small business concerns. The planned date for the release of the solicitation is July 18, 2003. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary for the repair of eight (8) bi-parting, sliding hangar doors. The doors were custom built by DEMCO approximately forty (40) years ago. Each door measures approximately six (6') feet wide by thirty (30) feet high. The Contractor shall repair, service and/or replace the fo llowing items as needed: bottom wheel bearings, weather seals, electrical drape cords, bottom rail systems, chain tensioners, drive chains, gear oil in drive motors, top guide rollers, bottom wheels, and limit switches. The Contractor shall submit the fo llowing preliminary reports: 1. list of hazardous materials to be used, 2. list of equipment to be used, 3. service time schedule, 4. quality control plan, and 5. safety plan. The Contractor shall also submit the following reports: inspection and testin g, daily safety reports, and a final report.
