Description

Requirement is to provide a four-month lease for a mobile Cardiac Cath Laboratory trailer equipped with the G.E. Digital Innova 2000 Cardiac System at Keesler Medical Center, Keesler AFB, MS. Unit must be delivered, set up and in operation no later than 18 Aug 03. Set-up includes installation of a canopy to connect the unit to the hospital building, hook-up of utilities, and construction of a ramp over an existing curb. The Government contemplates award of a firm-fixed price contract to the offeror whose offer is determined to be the best value to the Government based on ability to provide the required unit, respond within required parameters, price and past performance. For the purpose of this determination, the ability to provide the required unit by the required date is considered to be more important than price and past performance combined. This acquisition is UNRESTRICTED. The NAICS code is 532490 and the small business standard is $6.0 million. All responsible sources may submit a proposal or quotation, which will be considered. Solicitation number F22600-03-R-0023 will be issued electronically on 17 Jul 03 and may be accessed and downloaded at: www.eps.gov . Offerors unable to access this address can contact the contract administrator for instructions or assistance. Tentative closing date for offers is 28 Jul 03. All prospective bidders must be enrolled in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR).
