- Description
- Provide all labor, equipment, material, tools and qualified supervision to Renovate the Eye and ENT Clinics at the Edward Hines Jr., VA Hospital, Hines, Illinois. The intent of this requirement shall be to renovate the Eye and ENT Clinic areas in Buildings #200 and #228 to accommodate current facility needs. The work covered will involve the renovation of approximately 10,400 sq. ft. space. Work will involve new acoustic ceiling grids, light fixtures, dimmer switches, floor preparation for carpeting, furring the perimeter wall and new office and conference framed in demountable partitions. The project will also involve electrical for outlets, switches, computer data; and Mechanical modifications, as per plan & specifications. All work and material are to be strictly in accordance with applicable VA construction standards and specifications. All work shall be performed in accordance with the contract specifications and drawings and all applicable codes and standards. The solicitation, except for drawings will be posted at the Department of Veterans Affairs Business Opportunities System (BOS) website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Interested parties must down load this information directly from the website. The drawings are only available on CD-ROM.
