- Description
- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement to provide Armed Security Guard services at the Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC), 619 Indian Trail Road, Aurora, Illinois. The Solicitation Number is DTFAGL-04-R-34411. Services are to commence October 1, 2003 for an initial period of one (1) year. There are four (4) one-year option periods. The contractor shall provide all labor equipment, (other than Government-furnished equipment), uniforms, transportation and supervision to provide Armed Security Guard services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all weekends and holidays. Contractor must be licensed in the State of Illinois, prior to award and have at least three (3) years experience in armed guard services. Contractor must have an active business address and phone number for a minimum of one (1) year and be within a one hundred (100) mile radius of Aurora, IL. This office must be maintained during the entire life of the contract. THIS ACQUISITION IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR 8(a) BUSINESS. NAICS Code is 561612.
