The FBI intends to award a sole source purchase order to Membership in Transfer Institute/Vanguard,741 Tenth Street, Santa Monica, CA 90402, for one (1) senior executive to attend five (5) Vanguard sessions. This conference is sponsored annually focusing primarily on emerging technologies through workshops from managerial, business, scientific, and sociological disciplines, to identify and capitalize on emerging technologies. This is not a solicitation. Provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-09. This is considered a commercial service and is being conducted in accordance with the format in FAR, Subpart 12.6 and Subpart 13, SAP as supplemented with additional information in this notice. The NAICS is 813920, and the Business Size Standard is six (6) million dollars. This will be a fixed-price purchase order. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within ten days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order is based upon responses to this notice and is solely for the purpose to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond by submitting a proposal to include technical qualifications and experience/pricing and any other information to Gwendolyn D.
