- Solicitation for NSN 1560-01-186-6513 / LTC03189012972. Part #: 123C40219-601. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This solicitation will result in either the addition of this NSN to an existing contract or a separate indefinite quantity contract with a base period of 3 years and provisions for two option years. The estimated guaranteed minimum dollar value for the base year is $110,540.00 and for each option year is $55,270.00. Estimated demand: Base Period-22 each; Option Years: 58 each. Minimum Order Quantity: 9 each. The requested delivery schedule is 272 days after receipt of order. This solicitation contains a First Article Reqirement of 2 each. Delivery of FAT units is 120 days ARO. ABVS applies, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
