- ****************The following RFQ is modified as follows: There will be NO 100% option included in this buy.*************************** RFQ SP0100-03-Q-4196 is for the purchase of 90,546 yards of NSN 8305-00-261-8584: Webbing, Textile, Nylon, 9500 Lb Breaking Strength, 3.7 Oz Pr Linear Yard, 1 23/32 Inch Width, CG 483, Type X, Abrasion Resistant Treated In Accordance With MIL-W-27265, Class R. Identified As Roll No. 3012 Referenced Type VIII And Is Available And Applicable For Shade And Colorfastness. The solicitation will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Inspection and Acceptance is at Destination. Five deliveries to Albany, GA commencing 135 days after date of award are required. Numbered notes 1, 9, and 26 apply. One 100% option will be included. This item was last purchased on 4/08/02 for $0.85 per yard for 18,454 yards. The military specification for these items is MIL-W-4088 and can be accessed via the ASSIST website at http://assist2.daps.dla.mil/quicksearch/. In the box entitled ?Document ID,? type the specification number exactly as it appears and click on ?Submit?. Follow the instructions on each page. Click on the most recent edition of the specification. The specification will be in Adobe Acrobat Reader. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations in paper form. Offeror should register to receive notification of this solicitation. Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home AFTER 18 June 2003. From the Gateway home page, select ?Search RFQs? from the left-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFQ you wish to view. Amendments to this solicitation WILL NOT be available via the Gateway. In order to receive notification of amendments to this solicitation you must E-MAIL the Contract Specialist, listed below under Point of Contact, with the name and address of prospective offeror, phone and fax number and a point of contact. Please reference solicitation number in all e-mail correspondence. An unsuccessful offer may result if prospective offeror FAILS to e-mail the Contract Specialist of their intent to offer on this solicitation. In addition, you can enter DSCP C&T FSCs and NSNs to receive notification of RFQs.
