Description

This solicitation is to provide services for the design of a modular administrative office building (including foundation) in Riggins, Idaho. Work includes the manufacturing and installation of the accepted foundation and building, the construction of an approximately 29,500 sf parking area and access road to US 95. Additionally, all utilities (water and sewer), electrical (including installation of backup power) and communications/data shall be connected and operational. All work performed shall be in accordance with local, state and national building, electric and plumbing codes and laws. Contractor shall obtain all permissions and permits. The project site is located just west and adjacent to US Highway 95 at the Forest Service compound for the Hells Canyon National Recreation Area administrative office located in Riggins, Idaho. The engineers estimate is between $100,000 and $500,000. This solicitation will be posted to FebBizOpps on or about May 23, 2003.
