- Adapter Assembly, OU applicable to the MQM-107E Target Drone. Solicitation F09603-03-R-40455. Anticipated solicitation issue date will be 9 May 2003 and anticipated proposal due date will be 30 days thereafter, e.g. 10 Jun 2003. For additional information contact Janice M. Item 0001, Adapter Assy OU; NSN: 1560-01-461-8303; P/N: 2107331-101; Dimensions: Approximately 2” x 3 5/16” x 22”; Material: Aluminum alloy; Function: Used to adapt plume pod to wing tip. Basic quantity of 16 each with 3 Options: 1 – 10 each per option. Sole Source to BAE Systems Flight Systems, Inc., Mojave, CA (Cage: 63910). Authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), “ Supplies (or services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements” applies. Note 22 applies. The extent of foreign participation has not yet been determined MOU country sources must contact the Contracting Officer within 15 calendar days of the date of this synopsis notice to receive a copy of the solicitation at the time it is initially issued. Issuance of the RFP will not be delayed to review requests from MOU country sources received after 15 days or the synopsis notice or solicitation, regarding eligible sources (e.g. if this is a small-business set-aside, foreign sources may not participate as potential prime contractors but could, if otherwise eligible, participate as subcontractor(s).
