- Description
- The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) seeks a qualified 8(a) certified firm to develop an internet application form and system for certification of firms under the 8(a) Business Development Program and as Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB's), in accordance with a performance-based statement of objectives. The project will be multi-phased, and the solicitation will require separate firm fixed pricing and performance schedules for each of the project phases. A pre-proposal conference will be held with all interested parties. The date, time and place of the conference will be published when the solicitation is issued, but will most likely be between August 6 and 13 at SBA Headquarters, Washington, DC. This requirement is being solicited as a competitive 8(a) award below the competitive thresholds. NAICS Code 541512 applies, with a size standard of $21 million. Only written requests for the RFP will be honored, and should reference Solicitation No. SBAHQ-03-R-0009. The solicitation package will be issued (posted in Fedbizopps) on or about July 25, 2003.
