- PLEASE LEASE SPACE TO THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT ROANOKE, VIRGINIA The United States General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease office space within the city limits of Roanoke, Virginia. GSA is requiring between 45,000 and 60,000 square feet of office and related spaces. The building shall have a minimum floor plate of at least 15,000 square feet. The lease will be a 10-year lease, cancelable after the fifth year. The Lessor will be required to provide all build-out, services, and utilities. All inquiries shall include expected rental rates.
