Description

This is a preliminary notice of, the Bureau of Engraving?s (BEP) Fort Worth, Texas facility requirement to provide rental and laundering services of uniforms which are to be worn by the BEP Fort Worth, Texas facility employees. AMENDMENT NUMBER ONE(1): The purpose of this Amendment is to: A.) revise Section B entitled, ?Supplies or Services and Prices/Costs ? Fixed Priced? to reflect a changed in the number of uniform sets; B.) to revise Section F entitled, ?Deliveries or Performance? at provision F.4 entitled, ?Deliverables? to add a new sentence; C.) to revise Attachment A, Statement of Work, entitled, ?Uniform Rental and Laundry Services? to reflect minor changes; D.) to revise Attachment D, entitled, ?Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP)? to reflect a revision in the ?standard? column on page two; E.) to revise Section L entitled, ?Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors? at paragraphs L.5 entitled, ?Site Visit?; L.6 entitled, ?Site Visit and Pre-proposal Matters?; and L.7 entitled, ?Inquiries? all of which are revised as a result of the change in the date of the Site Visit; and to F.) revise the solicitation memo under solicitation BEP-03-0051. See the Attachment to this notice for the Amendment documents.
