Description

The Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Cent= er - San Diego (SPAWARSYSCEN SAN DIEGO) intends to solicit and award a cost plus fixed= fee, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity type contract to Vistascape Technology Corporation, 300 Galleria Parkway, Suite 690, Atlanta, Georgia 30339 on= a sole source basis, for software engineering and lifecycle support tasks for = the Surveillance Data Management System (SDMS) for the In-Service Engineeri= ng Activity (ISEA) and associated technical codes at the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego, CA. The proposed contract will cover softwa= re engineering support services for the SDMS. This notice is not a reques= t for competitive proposals. However, all interest and capability statements= received within 30 days after date of publication of this synopsis will= be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to= compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of = the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely fo= r the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304 =A9(1)and FA= R 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services= will satisfy agency requirements.
