Description

The Naval Air Station Pensacola intends to negotiate under authority of FAR 6.302-1 with the Kendal Publishing Company, Chicago, IL for book Academic Effectiveness , 2nd Edition 1964( ISBN 0-7872-1390-X) quantity (3,000 each) Vendors believing they can provide such reference may submit a written response within 15 days of the publication date. No contract will be made on the basis of offers/proposals received in response with this notice. Written responses must include pricing and sufficient to enable the government to determine if the Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued. If an RFQ is issued no additional synopsis will be published. Award will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Numbered note 22 applies to 15-days response time vice 45 days.
