- The Naval Air Station Pensacola intends to negotiate under authority of FAR 6.302-1 with the Octameron Associates, Alexandera, VA for book(s)College.Edu-Online Resources For The Cyber-Savey Student 7th Edition(ISBN 1-57509-092-9 (5,000 each) Don't Miss Out The Ambitious Students Guide to Financial Aid 28th Edition(ISBN: 1-57509-087-2 (10,000 each) Vendors believing they can provide such reference may submit a written response within 15 days of the publication date. No contract will be made on the basis of offers/proposals received in response with this notice. Written responses must include pricing and sufficient to enable the government to determine if the Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued. If an RFQ is issued no additional synopsis will be published. Award will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Numbered note 22 applies to 15-days response time vice 45 days.
