- Description
- Correction to previous Synopsis - Solicitation will be issued on 31 July 2003 (not 7 July 2003) Contractor to furnish labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to build a road, install culverts, abandon an existing road, place barrier rocks, place concrete flatwork, and install a water faucet. Additional work includes removing existing concrete vault toilet building, and installing two Government-furnished precast concrete toilet buildings. Work under this Contract is located in Grand County, Colorado. The Project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. Bonds will be as follows: Payment Bond - 100 percent of the contract price. This is a 100% small business set-aside. A performance period of 67 calendar days has been established, with an estimated start date on or about September 8, 2003. Solicitation to be issued 31July 2003. There will be only one site visit for this project, scheduled for 14 August 2003 (refer to solicitation for exact date and time).
