- This solicitation is for the supply of Emulsified Asphalt Grade CRS-2p for 10.10 miles of chip seal projects on the Winnebago Indian Reservation, Nebraska. This procurement is being advertised as a Small-Business set- aside. It will be a firm fixed priced supply contract. Solicitation packages will be made available July 25, 2003.
