This FEDERAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY announcement is a notice that TRICARE Reg ions 3, 4 & 15 that include all DOD Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs) in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, South Carolina, and Tennessee are in the process of standardizing Suction Canisters, Canister Liners and Tubing as listed in th e subject line above. Companies with current Distribution and Pricing Agreements (DAPAs) with the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia for these items are eligible to participate in the standardization process. Base company criteria for this product line includes but is not limited to the following: must carry a full product line, must provide customer support, in the form of a sales representative for each MTF within TRICARE Regions 3, 4 & 15, must provide clin ical support, education programs, and utilization reports, must provide company??????s return policy, must provide company??????s distribution network, must be able to provide product for all MTFs within TRICARE Regions 3, 4 & 15, and must provide electron ic and hard-copy of proposed pricing and competitive product cross-reference. Base product criteria for this product line includes but is not limited to the following: - Products are for the collection and disposal of body fluids. - Products are adaptable to common floor and wall units. - Products are accurate, easy to read measurement numbers and graphics. - Products have positive shut-off system. - Available in a variety of sizes. Respondents must address all criteria listed above. Please send your response along with literature and representative product samples (enough to share with a 10 person Clinical Evaluation Team) of your company??????s suction canisters to Mr. Vincent Pacc hiana, LPN at the following address: Southeast Regional Medical Command BLDG 40707, 40th Street Ft.
