- NA The Portland District, Corps of Engineers, intends to award a contract with Trane Oregon Services Company, 7257 SW Kable Lane, Portland, Oregon for the purchase and installation of a Trane Environmental Control System, Item No. A1, Tag No. SCXG-1, Model No . SCWGN3545, Trane Commercial Self Contained System. Service to include a retrofitted system installation on a new Trane Environmental Control System. With the retrofitted design of the system they will modify it to a constant volume re-heat system. Mul ti zone dampers will be removed and duct heaters added to the existing systems 2 main zones that do not currently have heat. Installation of a Trane 35 ton nominal water-cooled condenser, 460 volt; 60 hertz; 3 phase, constant volume zone temp heat - cool, standard height plenum with factory cut holes, premium efficiency 20 horsepower supply fan motor, system main disconnect switch, factory mounted head pressure control valve, compressor service valves, 2 inch construction throwaway filters with 2 inch filt er rack, factory startup with 1 year labor warranty, 2nd through 5th year compressor removal of existing duct work system, 2 new electric duct heaters for individual zone control, all water piping, complete startup of new system. Statutory authority for O ther than Full & Open Competition exists at 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1.
