- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a sole source brand name set aside for Motorola equipment. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ) requesting a firm-fixed price quote for the following to be delivered to Nashville District Corps of Engineers (COE), Communication Field Gro up, 15 Overlook Circle, Hendersonville, TN 37075. The solicitation??????s document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2001-14. Quotes must include shipping FOB destination and delivered befo re 30 September 2003. The following represents the requirement. Radio configuration one including: 13 quantity (qty.) T5766 MTR 2000 VHF, 13 qty. X530 100 Watt Opt, 13 qty. X597 Conv/Analog OP, 13 qty. X580 Repeater OP, 13 qty. X52 30?????? Cabinet. Rad io configuration two including: 19 quantity (qty.) T5766 MTR 2000 VHF, 19 qty. X530 100 Watt OPT, 19 qty. X597 Conv/Analog OP, 19 qty. X622 Base OP, 19 qty. X371 Antenna Relay, 19 qty. X52 30?????? Cabinet. Also include: 37 qty. L3216 MC2000 Desk Set, 1 qty. RVN 4178 Software, 1 qty. ddn6367 cable. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Offerors are requested to provide a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items w ith your quote. 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. You may access FAR Clauses and Provisions through http://farsite.hill.af.mil. This acquisition is subj ect to the requirements of the Buy America Act under DFARS 252.225-7000 and 252-225-7001. This requirement is full and open competition under NAICS code 421690, Other Electronic Parts and Equipment Wholesalers. All interested firms must be registered in th e Central Contract Register per DFAR 252.204-7004 Required Central Contract Registration. Closing date for quotations is close of business 25 July 2003. The government intends to award a contract to the company providing the best value to the government pr ice and other factors considered. Delivery is required before 30 September 2003.
