- NA Reference the Sources Sought Synopsis, Solicitation DAAH23-03-R-0666, posted on June 23, 2003 and amended on June 26, 2003 is amended as follows: The Government intent of this sources sought synopsis is to gather information/comments that may be used to refine the performance specification for an improved Black HAWK Utility Seat. Information provided in response to this synopsis is intended to be in corporated into a performance specification which will be provided to all interested manufacturers. This synopsis is not intended for potential manufacturers to address their particular product or cost. Each manufacture is cautioned not to submit or provid e proprietary data at this time or at the time of the briefing as such material may be incorporated into the Request For Proposals. Manufacturers are also reminded that Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation is providing technical assistance to the government on th is program and will participate in the briefings and review data provided. The proposed performance specification briefing are now planned for the week starting September 8, 2003. The response date for solicitation DAAH23-03-R-0666 is changed to July 30, 2003
