Description

NA Non-personal services of a qualified Physical Therapist and a qualified Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitation services to emotional, intellectual, learning disabled, and physically impaired military dependent students attending Fort Benning DoD Schools. Therapist must possess certification licensure by the state of Georgia. Services are to be performed on an as-ordered basis during the period 01 Oct 03 through 30 Jun 04, with two (2) one-year option periods. The estimated hours per therapist p er year is 250 (Physical Therapist) and 400 (Occupational Therapist). This is an unrestricted solicitation. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed requirements contract with ordering on an as required basis as a result of this solicitaiton. Solicitation will also be available for downloading from the Fort Benn ing web site, www.benning.army/mil. It is the responsibility of the offeror to check the web site daily for any and all amendments to this solicitation. NO PAPER COPIES WILL BE PROVIDED. All responsible bidders may submit bids which will be considered by this Agency.
