- (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii)This solicitation shall serve as a Request for Quotation, numbered FQ520931670301, which seeks quotations based on the information contained in this synopsis. (iii)This solicitation and incorporated provisions/clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition circular 97 11. (iv.) This RFQ contains one (1) packaged line item. Item0001. Fire equipment locker storage system consisting of 5 lockers to one assembly with integral corrosion resistant undercoating and overcoat, 10 gauge carbon open steel open designed, 20 gauge welded hemming, 13 gauge flat to, multi lock quick access handles, upper full width shelf, multi lock quad leg system. Solid dual pane back support, base inside dimensions height 71? width, 10? x 20? deep. Color: cardinal red. With coat rods, base kits, mounting anchors, and all hardware kits. Manufacturer: L.N. Curtis & Sons, Part # JY0001MCLL-25. Quantity: 5. (v) The Contractor shall complete the delivery of supplies within 60 calendar days after receipt of order. FOB point is POE (Travis AB, CA 94535-2941(Air Freight) or Tracey, CA 95376 (Vessel)) or DEST (Yokota AB APO AP 96328 (VIA U.S. Postal Service) or Yokota AB, Fussa-shi, Tokyo 197-0001, Japan (VIA Commercial Carrier)) (Shipping charge must be included in product cost for Dest or POE) or FOB Origin or Yokota AB, Fussa-shi Tokyo 197-0001 (VIA Commercial Carrier), Travis AB, CA 94535-2941 (Air Freight) or Tracy, CA 95376 (Vessel)).
