- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F09609-03-Q-0011 is hereby issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This procurement is 100% set aside for small business. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-14. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541990; size standard $6.0M. Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Georgia is soliciting for one contract line item for HQ AFRCRS, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia?Train the Trainer Training for 16 AF Reserve Recruiters to instruct and train the IMPACT Selling System to subordinates or trainees. Provide recruiters training on how to visually teach information and concepts through the use of slides/overheads, provide manuals and other materials for recruiters, teach listening techniques to encourage and provide class participants examples, discuss and share ideas with group members, and facilitate the completion of action guides and show recruiters how to be involved with discussion questions. Services shall be priced per the CLIN structure as indicated below. Period of performance is 21-24 Jul 03. This procurement will follow simplified acquisition procedures in FAR Part 13. Evaluation of quotes will be based on price. The DPAS Rating is DO-S10. Quotes shall include a complete copy of FAR clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications?Commercial Items and be in accordance with FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial Items. FAR clause 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions?Commercial Items, shall apply. FAR clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders?Commercial Items shall be incorporated into any contract resulting from this notice. Applicable clauses cited in 52.212-5 are 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-13, and 52.232-33. DFARS clause 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items, applies. The applicable clause cited in 252.212-7001 is 252.232-7003. The following clause shall apply: FAR 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration.
