- The Air Force Flight Test Center, Edwards AFB, CA has a requirement for facility maintenance services for the 412 Maintenance Group, consisting of preventive and remedial maintenance for maintenance services, consisting of the following: corrosion control facilities, air compressors, air lines and components /air dryers/breathing air system; air makeup units; pneumatic lifts; sandblast units; flame ionization detection system; carbon regeneration system; refrigerators, freezers, drinking fountains, soda machines, ice machines; maintenance of doors, windows, gates, ventilating systems; maintenance of plumbing systems, maintenance of electrical systems; HVAC systems; and maintenance of refrigeration equipment and all associated components for all the above for an approximate quantity of 260 buildings.. This requirement is for a basic period of 12 months and four (4) one year options. A site visit will be conducted approximately 10-15 days after release of this posting.
