- Description
- Provide Cardiac Rehabilitation Services to be furnished at the VA Salt Lake City Health Care System from Date of award through 9-30-2004 with four one-year options to extend the term of the contract. The contract will be a commercial IDIQ contract. The procurement will utilize simplified acquisiion procedures in accordance with Commercial items Part 12 and in accordance with Part 15, Contracting by negotiation.
