- Description
- The VA Medical Center, Dayton, Ohio is soliciting bids for the service to deliver a series of highly interactive training workshops to VISN 10(Dayton VAMC, Cincinnati VAMC, Columbus VAMC, Brecksville VAMC, Cleveland VAMC, and Chillicothe VAMC) Goalsharing Team Leaders. These one (1) day training sessions shall be held at sites arranged for by the VA and address team leader subject areas to include: 1) Understanding the Power in Goalsharing Teams, 2) Team Stages, Dynamics and Development, 3) Practicing Powerful Facilitation Skills, 4) Common Team Problems, Barriers & Solutions, and 5) Goalsharing Measurement Results and Reporting. Class size will be no larger than 30 employees. Vendor shall provide all necessary class materials. The contractor shall also provide all necessary equipment in the training rooms to include computer equipment and projectors as required. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 611430. Any questions must be in writing and addressed to the Contracting Officer at the issuing office (listed above). No telephone inquiries can be accepted. Interested Contractors may request a hard copy of the solicitation by either mail or fax (937-262-5974); however, it must be on company letterhead and reference the solicitation number, a contact person, and a phone number. No telephone or e-mail requests for bid packages will be accepted. Solicitations will be available on or about July 25, 2003. Solicitation number RFQ552-23-03 must be on the outside envelope of all bids for identification purposes. All bids are due on or before August 8, 2003 at 4:30PM (close of business) Eastern Standard Time.
