- Description
- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the acquisition of a Varian 600 MHz Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectrometer (NMR) System, customized on site training and Trade-in of existing Unity 500 Spectrometer. This is anticipated to be a sole source purchase order award to Varian NMR System under the test program described in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 13.5, and under authority 41 U.S.C. 253 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. All sources may submit a quotation which will be evaluated. Responses must be in writing and submitted to the contracting official listed above, fifteen calendar days after publication of this notice. All communications concerning this announcement must be in writing and received by 3:00 p.m. eastern time, not later than 7 calendar days after the publication date of this notice to Ms. Yokita Exum at 202-307-7832 (Collect calls will not be accepted. Fax number 202-307-7542. All respondents will be considered by this agency. This requirement is being solicited on a sole source basis. See Note 22.
