- This notice is a duplicate of the notice posted July 9, 2003 which inadvertently omitted the Statement of Work(SOW). SF-254 and SF-255 forms are requested from any firm that is a certified Technical Service Provider that can meet the requirements listed within the attached SOW. The work required will consist of the performance of all operations described in the SOW as necessary for the development of construction drawings, specifications and cost estimates and the construction quality control for wetland restoration, enhancement or development in Oregon. The designs will conform with the functional requirements of the Resource Management System(RMS) Plan developed for each program participant by the NRCS or the local Soil and Water Conservation District.
