- PR No: LTC03183012889; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN, Seal, Mid-body Emergency Exit Door for a P-3 aircraft. This solicitation is for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The solicitation has a base year and four option years. There is one approved source of supply: Kirkhill Rubber Co, Cage 75345. The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantities (AEQ) are as follows: 1560-00-357-1967; P/N 909544-101, Rev A; AEQ = 194 Base Year, 180 each Option Year; and Maximum Qty = 348 Base Year and 435 each Option Year. Delivery: FOB Origin, 134 days ARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue dated is on or about 28 Jul 03. The anticipated award date is 15 Oct 03. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
