- PR #: LTC03126011358, NSN 6680-00-601-4631, Wiper Assembly, Miniature, RFP #: SP0440-03-R-3811. Contracting Officer: Jan H. Matthews/804-279-5893. Issue Date: July 28, 2003, Closing Date: August 27, 2003. Subject procurement is an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. The subject RFP Estimated Annual Quantity for the Base year is 162 each and the Estimated Annual Quantity for each Option Year is 212 each. Subject item is non-commercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is 68 days ARO. Subject item has two approved sources Brainin Advance Industries, CAGE 32799, P/N 397064 and Simmonds Precision Products, CAGE 89305, P/N 397064. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
