Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-07. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is: 422120 and the small business size standard is $6 million. The Government intends to award a firm fixed-price contract for the following Avery items. 001: Avery Design Edge or Heavy Duty Non-Stick Letter Size, Round Ring, View Binders, Color White. In the following sizes and quantities: A) Size - ? Inches, 200 Each. B) Size - 1 Inch, 750 Each. C) Size - 1 ? Inches, 300 Each. D) Size - 2 Inches, 500 Each. E) Size - 3 Inches, 1000 Each. 002: Avery Binder Index Dividers (Tabs), Letter Size (8 ? X 11). In the following description and quantities: A) Number of Tabs 1-10, Colored, 1500 Each. B) Number of Tabs A-Z, Colored, 500 Each. C) Number of Tabs 1-5, Colored, 300 Each. D) Plain Tab Dividers, Buff color 1-5, 36 Sets/Box, 30 Boxes. E) Plain Tab Dividers, Buff Color 1-8, 24 Sets/Box, 30 Boxes. 003: Avery Sheet Protectors, Top load, 11 X 8 ?, Clear, 50/Box, 300 boxes. 004: Avery Double Pocket Folders, Light Blue, 8 ? X 11, Capacity 30 Sheets, 25/Box, 150 Boxes. 005: Durable Pressboard Classification Folders, Top Tab with Fasteners, six part with two center leaves, dark green, 10/box, 100 Boxes. 006: Shipping & Handling to Laurel, MD. 1 Lot. The following FAR Provisions and Clauses are applicable unless otherwise noted: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items: There are no addenda to the provision. 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial items is applicable to this solicitation. Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offer Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items with its offer. 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items, applies. 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
