- This is a Modification to previous notice Reference Number-LGCT0058 posted on May 08, 2000. Reference Sources Sought ACC CONS-00-01 posted 22 March 2000 and F44650-00-Q-0003 posted 12 April 2000. Small businesses responding to referenced notices are being asked to provide a blank shell or example of a contract used in the business environment. This example should be provided based on the Draft Statement of Work (SOW) and Appendences provided in the referenced Sources Sought Notices. The blank shell or example will be used to assist the Government in developing a contract using commercial terms and conditions for a service type contract. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL WILL BE ISSUED AFTER REFINEMENT based on the information provided to this request. Request responses NLT 25 May 00. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (09-MAY-2000). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 08-JUL-2003.
