- This notice modifies solicitation F44650-99-T0092 originally publicized on 26 Mar 99. Specifically, the following language is added: The Air Force intends to conduct this procurement in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The following FAR provisions and clauses apply to this procurement: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items. The deadline for receipt of quotes has been extended to 4:00pm Eastern Time, 19 April 99. All of the information included in the original notice remains unchanged. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (31-MAR-1999). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 08-JUL-2003.
