- Single award contract for the period Date of Award to July 31, 2004, for the production of labels for the Joint Readiness Clinical Advisory Board. Anticipate 60 orders per year. Each individual lot number ordered will require from 1 to 2,500 full page label carrier sheets. Trim size 11 x 8-1/2". Prints in one or two ink colors. Operations include creating templates and/or dies, composition, making films/reproducibles, printing, die-cutting, packing, and distribution. Quality level III. Bid opening July 24, 2003.
