- Single award term contract for the period beginning September 1, 2003 and ending August 31, 2004 plus up to two optional 12 month extension periods for the Internal Revenue Service. Anticipate approximately 40-70 orders per year of 8 to 112 pages for approximately 20,000 to 800,000 copies per order. self covered publications printing head to head in a single color ink, on Newsprint paper stock. Trim size is 8-3/8 x 10-7/8 or 8-1/2 x 11 inches, saddle stitched or past on fold. Operations include, film making, printing, binding, packing, mailing, and distribution. Quality Level IV.
